We just got tired of those cheap plastic handles covered with slippery foam that absorbs all your sweat. That's when we realized that if we're about to create the best resistance bands in the world, we should also come up with the best handles. We designed your handles by paying attention to the smallest details. First of all, there are two layers of durable plastic. One to make sure it'll never break, and the outside (black) one is designed with holes. For those who think bigger is better, you misunderstand that resistance bands with this selection are enough to tone and stay cut. Worst-case scenario you can double up and add beyond 250lbs. It comes with a soft rubber anchor which is correct to prevent damage to a door frame and hold onto your heavy pulls and back workouts.

I have been using the straps and bands for about a week and absolutely love them. They have allowed me to expand my at-home workouts and I feel much safer using these then past bands I have had. As for the durability, everything looks great, but again, only a week. Having the metal carabiners vice plastic is a plus, the tubes also seem durable and impressive range 40-80 lbs. The door stop is great! The bands are heavy duty and I feel they will last. The handles are comfortable and it is nice having the ankle straps, my only complaint is I wish I could make them a little tighter, but that is minor. This is a great value purchase and you will not regret it. Remember, do things properly and safely!

These things are freaking awesome. Quarantine home gym in the garage with these suckers is kicking my butt. I use them mainly for shoulder strengthening to help with my hypermobility. They are nice to help tighten up the joints without injuring myself by lifting a weight.
