RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Requirements for Returns:

• Must include a valid original purchase order number from torroband.com. Purchases made outside of torroband.com (or any subdomain such as vip.torroband.com) must contact respective seller for returns. In order to contact us for cancelation or return, please email us at [email protected]
• Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
• Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
• Free returns are only eligible in the US
• You'll have 60 days to return the package for a full refund, starting on the day you receive the package (based on the tracking number).

*Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. TORROBAND is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery 

*Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle.
